Congratulations to the Oakdale Fellowship. They won the 2017 Central Valley Intergroup Soft Ball Tournament.

From APRIL 23 to April 29 a General Service Conference was held in Rye, New York. In general, the Conference deals with issues that affect AA as a whole. This is the General Service Conference Structure Below are links to the decisions that were made at the 2017 General Service Conference:

Central Valley Intergroup By-Laws Were Revised. The proposed revision of the Central Valley Intergroup By-Laws was voted upon and accepted at the April 24th CVI Business meeting. Click here for the revised By-Laws that are now current. A very big "Thank You!" to the By-Laws committee for all their time and effort in revising the CVI By-Laws.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for AA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. AA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or Institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy, neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety.
